The project unfolding
Four stages of the Anchorage Apartments project have been released, with Building 4 completed in December 2020. Each architectural building contains only 4-6 apartments per floor, providing quality of space and a boutique, private feel for residents.
The bespoke medium-rise Anchorage apartment towers are built with the same patience, care and exceptional quality that has been poured into the project from day one. The project has been designed to meet Australian Building Codes with its requirements for glazing, ceiling relevant to traffic noise and wheel chair access. Dividing walls will be RW50 impact in Accordance with the BCA for internal noise between units. Fire detection is in accordance with the relevant building codes and the apartments have residential smoke alarms and the front door is a fire rated door.
